Aporte de tithonia diversifolia enabonos orgánicos: efecto en producción y suelo en cauca, colombia
Resumen
Se evaluó El aporte de Tithonia diversifolia al compostaje de residuos de finca cafetera y el efecto en la producción de acelga y el suelo, se evaluó con el fin de mejorar calidad del abono orgánicoy el aprovechamiento de los recursos de la finca. Se elaboraron 4 compostajes a partir de pulpa de café, troncho plátano, gallinaza agregando tres cantidades diferentes de T. diversifolia; se determinó composición química, análisis microbiológico y aporte de nutrientes. Se utilizó un diseño de bloques completos al azar con 3 repeticiones y 4 tratamientos variando la cantidad de botón de oro T1:50% de pulpa de café, 25% de gallinaza, 25% de troncho de plátano; T2: con 20% de Botón de oro; T3: con 33% de Botón de oro, y T4: con 50% de Botón de oro. Las variables evaluadas fueron altura de planta, numero de hojas y peso por planta en dos ciclos de siembra. Se determinó que el mayor aumento en rendimiento de la acelga se obtuvo en los T3 y T4 que contenían mayor cantidad de Tithonia diversifolia. Además, la aplicación de los compostajes mejoró las propiedades químicas del suelo, aumentando la CIC, pH, N, K, y Si.
