Editorial Note Novedades Colombianas Journal

Abstract

It is with great satisfaction that we present this new volume of the journal Novedades Colombianas to the community in general. Some may wonder why to the community in general? From our publication we want to contribute to change the idea that scientific publications are exclusive for researchers and academics, a conception that most citizens have. When an author or group of authors publishes a scientific article, they want to make known the new knowledge so that it can be used by society, for example, all professionals, to better fulfill their functions, must keep updated in the lines of knowledge of their profession, even if they are not linked to research processes.
