Hemangioendotelioma infantil (Tipo 1)
Resumen
Se trata de un reporte de caso de un paciente de 35 semanas de gestación con abdomen globoso a quien se le diagnostica masa hepática a estudio, al hacer la resección quirúrgica y el diagnóstico histopatológico se le encuentra hemangioendotelioma infantil tipo I, encontrando tumoración benigna de origen vascular, constituida por múltiples dilataciones quísticas con abundante hemorragia, tapizadas por células endoteliales, algunas planas y otras de aspecto epitelioides, con citoplasma amplio, en algunas áreas hay necrosis de los septos y del estroma. El pacientefallece 6 horas post parto.
