Guardians of the future
Abstract
When you choose to work in Pediatrics, you understand that you have arrived at a field to which you will dedicate your whole life and that you are going to choose sometimes an ungrateful path where the suffering of our fellow human beings acquires a different meaning. Pediatricians have to see the pain of defenseless beings and also the pain of parents and sometimes the pain of an entire family.
