Abstract

It seems obvious, but for teaching in health sciences faculties, it is not enough to be a doctor or specialist. In fact, “medical education” is taught as a specialty in many universities of the country. In the case of research, many universities use “mentors” for small groups of undergraduate or graduate students, who guide the work in a given time. What he or she does, influences what students do for themselves.
