Abstract

University libraries are a place of transformation and innovation where knowledge is managed and the curiosity of students is encouraged. The management of knowledge in university libraries is to create an environment where knowledge is managed in an agile and timely manner and at the same time have the new information technologies and electronic databases for public health and clinical purposes .
