Análisis interespecífico de la diversidad genética en pyrus spp. y malus spp

Resumen

Boyacá es uno de los departamentos de Colombia pionero en la producción nacional de caducifolios, especialmente duraznos, ciruelos, peras y manzanas. Con ocho cebadores Microsatélites Amplificados al Azar (RAMs) se evaluaron once materiales de manzana (Malus communis), siete de peras (Pyrus communis), dos de albaricoque (Prunus armeniaca L.) y uno de almendro (Prunus amigdalus L.), que hacen parte de la colección de caducifolios que tiene la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia. Se generaron un total de 128 bandas con pesos moleculares entre 250 y 1300 Kb. A un nivel de similitud de 0,55 se formaron dos grandes grupos y subgrupos de acuerdo principalmente a la especie a la cual pertenece y a las características del fruto. El número de loci polimórficos varió entre 96 y 123 para los cebadores ACA y CGA, respectivamente. El valor promedio de heterocigosidad fue de 0,34, más bajo que los encontrados en estudios de diversidad genética en el género Malus y Pyrus. Los índices de similitud y las distancias genéticas  corroboran la sintenia que existe entre estos genomas la cual puede ser aprovechada para la identificación de genes, mapeo comparativo e hibridación interespecífica.
