Harina de larva de Mosca soldado negra (Hermetia Illucens) fermentada con Lactobacillus bulgaricus como pienso probiótico

Resumen

El uso exacerbado de antibióticos en ganado desarrolla patógenos súper resistentes, lo que exige la producción de piensos probióticos para el ganado y que a su vez sean sostenibles. Por ello, en el estudio el objetivo fue fermentar con el probiótico Lactobacillus Bulgaricus 5 mezclas de harina de larva de mosca soldado negra (HLMSN) y soya en diferentes proporciones a fin de determinar cuál permite mayor crecimiento de Lactobacillus Bulgaricus y representar una nueva alternativa de alimentación para una ganadería sustentable. Para lograr ello, se determinó la curva de crecimiento de Lactobacillus Bulgaricus en caldo MRS, en la fase exponencial de crecimiento este fue añadido a las 5 formulaciones de HLMSN y soya y finalmente se determinaron UFC producidas por cada formulación. Se obtuvo que la concentración de HLMSN posee un efecto estadísticamente significativo (p<0,05) sobre la concentración de Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, siendo que en el tratamiento de HLMSN pura se obtuvo el doble de UFC del probiótico que en el tratamiento de soya pura. Dichos resultados revelan que Lactobacillus Bulgaricus es capaz de metabolizar y producir mayor biomasa teniendo de sustrato HLMSN en vez de soya, de modo que esta formulación puede ser usada en estudios posteriores en pruebas antimicrobianas in vitro e in vivo.
